Late policy: A 10 minute grace period is granted, After the 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled. Deposit Policy: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited." Cancellation Policy: • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will incur forfeiture of the initial deposit. To rebook, an additional deposit will be required. • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-call/no-show) will result in the $40 cancellation fee and permanent booking restrictions.
